2012 Volvo S60 Race Car Review


Last month, Volvo released the all new Volvo S60 sedan at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show and the Swedish automaker today released a version of the race car that will participate in the Belgian Touring Car Series 2010 championship.

The Volvo S60 race was constructed in accordance with Belgian legislation Touring Car Series Silhouette by S1 Racing Team Volvo. The car is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that is capable of producing 410 HP and 412 Nm of torque and connected to a gearbox six-speed sequential sends power to the rear wheels of the car.

In this series of special vehicles of all vehicles must use a tubular chassis and the same type of suspension and aerodynamics. The Volvo S60 race car made its test track for the first time on the first day of April and will debut in his first race April 11.
